 We will maintain a file containing information about you, which you may request to view at any time. If we believe that allowing access to your file could cause harm, we may restrict access or only permit you to view parts of it. You have the right to add any comments to your file. All information is kept private and confidential, although it may be shared with individuals involved in your care. 

 We will honor and support your individuality, helping you build a strong sense of personal identity. Our care will be sensitive to your racial and cultural background, religion, and language. We will facilitate your participation in religious services and customs and arrange for a private space for worship or prayer if desired. Additionally, we will assist with any dietary needs or clothing requirements related to your religious practices. 

 We have a cook who prepares meals that are healthy and nutritious. When the cook isn’t here, we will cook your meals for you. If you want to, you can help to cook. We try to offer you a choice of meals. If there is something that you would like to see on the menu, or if you follow a special diet, please let us know. We serve main meals at the usual mealtimes and a snack at bedtime. If you miss a main meal, we may be able to provide you with a light meal or snack instead. You can make your own snacks and get your own drinks at reasonable times.
